(see first reply) and the last thing we want is him here.

The original message has dissapeared, but it would be hard to prevent
him from posting again as he changes ISP (for obvious reasons!) on a
weekly basis.

One would think so. Unfortunately, he was connected from a UUNet dialup
when he posted this spam, and UUNet dialups are leased by lots of small
ISPs from all over. There's too much possibility of banning innocent
people if you just go banning them all.
For now, maybe the best advice is to ignore his crap, and someone will
be along to clean it up shortly.
