Then I will say: "The still is slow. The animation is faster." :)

I was starting to rant right about there.

Do. The ending sucks, but it's worth it to see the rest.

Weird Al song.

I suppose I could do something about that by using a shadowless light off a
bit more in -Z. That or I could just turn up the brightness of the one
light. The problem is I lose the normal when it's like that.

I hope you didn't have your hopes set too high. This is what it looks like
from close-up. The "liquid" was at one point made of media and other stuff,
but it rendered too slowly. I figured: If you won't be able to appreciate
the detail in the final image, why put it in? Enjoy. :)

No. It does have it.

No. It's my own special pattern composed of onion and radial.

Really?

I would at least expect it to reflect some of the sky where the rays hit
the bottle with a very low angle.

For glass variable reflection is usually a very good idea.

very true, but again, if you not going to see it, why waste cpu cycles
rendering it?

Yes: a cute little bottle, however I see nowhere Tabasco written on it.
Instead it seems to be kind of a Panamanian product? But the outside is
good :) thanks,
