AWSUM.

Any chance of posting the leather texture? - It's the best I've seen.

Wow, that's a nice piece! A bit strange camera angle though; imo it
would be better to have the table slant away from the viewer.

Very nice work ... congratulations ...

but:
How did you create the nice interference-patterns beneath the glass ???
gives a lot of detail-impression to the pic ...

Well for my tastes I would take this watch over any Rolex.

The leather texture was one I found orignally with the Povray examples. I
modified it a bit to get the one you see now. Here is the one I am using...

#declare Leather =
texture {
  pigment {
    bozo
    turbulence 0.6  //0.8
    color_map {
        [0.25 color rgb <0.60, 0.18, 0.09>]
        [1.00 color rgb <0.30, 0.06, 0.03>]
    }
    scale .3   // 0.9
  }
  normal {
     crackle 0.1
        slope_map {
           [0 <0,1>]
           [.05 <1,0>]
           [.95 <1,0>]
           [1  <0,-1>]
 }

     turbulence .1
     scale 0.075
  }
  finish{
      metallic
      reflection 0.2
      brilliance 10.0
      ambient 0.2
      diffuse 0.5
      phong 1.0
   }
}

////
MyObject {
   texture {Leather scale 0.1}
}

The camera angle was meant to be different. I have made several watch
images and I have tried to make the viewpoint a little different each time.

Well the watch crystal (sapphire) has AR coating to reduce reflection. It
is hard to get to a point where you can see it but not too much.
