Well, I remembered seeing some pictures on this news group of some light
beams bouncing off mirrors, so I made a disco ball, thinking I would worry
about how to make the spotlights reflect off the ball after I finished the
scene, since other people had already succeeded. Unfortunately now I can't
remember who made the bouncing light beams or how it was done. Anyone got
any ideas?

By the way, for some reason only the red spotlight showed up very well in
the scattering media, but the other spotlights really are there!

If I can figure out how to make the spotlights reflect onto the walls and
floor, I'll post a nice animation in the appropriate news group. You'll have
to supply your own music, though! :)

Regards,
Dave

The official version of POV-Ray doesn't do this, but MegaPOV can. Look up
"photon mapping".
