Here's a detail of a picture that uses Chris Huff's BevelText macro, only
this time the object being beveled is the frame around the text, instead of
the text itself. It may not look all that spectacular in this little
picture, but the overall effect is quite significant in the full-sized
picture. The non-beveled frame looks flat and boring compared to the beveled
version.
