I'm not saying which is the most practical way of doing it, or which is
the best way of giving your work to most people.
What I'm saying is that in my opinion it's *POLITE* to post in a format
which everyone can read.
You might have to make some compromises if you want to be polite in this
way, but I haven't questioned that. I only said my opinion about politeness.
Think it in this way:
Only a small % of people is vegetarian. However, if you are inviting people
to your house and making food for them, it's polite to have a vegetarian
meal as an option.
It's very impolite to say "since you are only a minority I don't have
to consider you at all; eat this or don't eat anything. The door is that
way, by the way". That's extremely rude.
