Here the result of my experiment.
from left to right, the transmit varies from -3 to +3

at the very center is the suggested formula.
at the very top and bottom is the SIMULATION of
the formula (no transmit was used)

the row at near the formula are also the SIMULATION of
the 3.1g povray.

the second and penultimate row are real transmit with
the new formula (I checked the same scene with the old
formula and it matched perfectly the simulation of 3.1g,
then I patched and I got this picture.)

Sorry for the PNG, but JPG has really big troubles with
plain colours.
