I'm using Rune Johansen's electricitiy macro to add an arcing effect to
the attatched image, but the turbulence is way too much. I tried
turning the flicker and roll settings all the way down, but the variance
is still way too much.
    Anybody have any ideas?

Flicker and roll are relevant for the movement in animations only. Try
lowering the fuzzyness instead.

Looks good by the way!
