Here are a couple of experimental images for making bricks and stone.

The bricks consist of a texture, obtained from somewhere in the great
expanse known as the internet, and a height_field made to match the
texture.

The height_field textures were drawn by hand (except for the stones in
stonetest1.png, which is just a copy of the texture).

Note that these are only _tests_ they are not meant to be spectacular, I
just thought someone might be interested.

What do you think?

Now why didn't I think of that? I don't need an isosurface to represent
a bumpy stone wall, I can use heightfields!

*whaps self on head*
