The signature doesn't have a color. Its a bump-map applied
to the camera. But on this scale you cannot see it properly
anyway.
Its supposed to be subtle, unnoticeable, but there.

Okay, okay!

Be warned! The image is 3200x2400 jpg, with
minimum compression... 1.26 MB

http://www.digitaltwilight.de/no_lights/jpg/gerb.jpg

There is no link to it on my webpage (simply because
the image is supposed as a gift and thus should not
be too noticeable by the receiver before her
birthday).

Oh. Well, IRTC-Topic right now was Winter,
so two Gerberas in vase doesn't fit too well.

But its a nice thought, I mean, someone expecting
this to be an entry for some contest. Well. It is,
sort of. But not really... Never mind. ;-)

I remember I printed 2 images I created, one in A3 (39,61 cm x 28,00 cm) and
the other in A2 (48,79 cm x 34,5 cm).
To do so, I rendered them at 4680 x 3308 (A3) and 5763 x 4075 (A2) to obtain
a 300 dpi for the print.
After that, you can always use a 2D program (PS, PSP, Gimp) to make the
image bigger to change form A3 to A2 (if you are bordering the 200 dpi
limit, you'll get also a nice print).
For printing I used a Ink printer (an Epson one) and special paper.
Both images are hanging on my hall's walls right now.
If you are curious enough, they are:

If you look at an other thread going on with Thomas Lake,
I've posted a link to the full-size version:

http://www.digitaltwilight.de/no_lights/jpg/gerb.jpg

Its 1.2 MB with minimum jpeg-compression and a
resolution of 3200x2400. There you'll be able
to see the signature, and it does work on the
print (on first glance not noticeable, but when looking
closer...)
