Some kind of hollow round thing with a section cut out of it?

Mike:
Nope. - It's not a bishops hat.

Peter & Alf:
I didn't notice the Pac-Man similarity before
you mentioned it. When I look at it's smile I see
that it definitely must be very evil =)

Jide:
Yes I think Escher made such a thingy, but I
don't remember how his drawing looked like.

Jamie:
I have not rendered the cliche.pov scene yet, so
I'm not familiar with it. Sorry.

Artis:
No, it's not a tennis ball, but I think that it
should be possible to model one with an iso-surface.
(I once made a tennis ball with CSG modelling.)

Mahalis:
No it's not a smiley, but I wish I had fantasy
enough to make such images.

Dave:
Not one single section cut out from a hollow
sphere, but several equal sections cut out from it.

The iso-surface I'm "constructing" is similar to the
shape Ib Rasmussen showed in this thread;

My problem was "access denied" to the train set I had for Xmas. It was
knackered by the time I got near it :-(

What do you mean, I still play it (the Apple II version).

Come to think of it, I still haven't beaten Robot Odyssey after more
than 10 years of trying. It probably has to do with a 5 year pause and
losing my saves a zillion times... or just laziness ;)
