unless they are cheap plastic look-alikes. And the image would benefit

I think the gold looks good, just some more environment would make the
reflection more realistic. The stones do not look transparent enough,
apart from maybe the red one in the background.

Nice, I like that gold. I would add some dispersion to the diamonds and a
more interesting environment to be reflected.
The post processed focal blur doesn't look that good.
