This is an egypt scene I made on sunday...statues are viewpoint objects
I smoothed for a better lighting.
A little of radiosity and a bright light source.
The original version is a 1600*1200 picture I did for my windows
wallpaper. It took 1h10 to render on my poor K6-2 400MHz 128Mo...
The POV scene is about 29Mo.

Very nice. How were the stones done? I see a few repeats from the left
wall to the left tower,, so I'm assuming an image map. Did you create the
statues, or get them from somewhere else?
Geoff
very nice - ksut shows you dont need to muck about with massive amounts of
rad lighting (etc) to get a good image.
free models btw?
