Uh... the landscape? Not a lot of landmarks there to recognize.

The starscape? Maybe the supernova over the Gobi?

Feel like a should some how. Orion/Osiris on it's side?

Bravo! I'm glad that somebody recognized it, as it means that I did at
least a half-way decent job of mimicking the scene. It's interesting
that Jim mentioned Orion on its side, since I saw that too but the stars
are placed randomly by a macro, making it only a nice coincidence.

By the way, for those of you who haven't read it, The Little Prince is a
wonderful children's book.

I have read it several times to my son, but I never even considered a
fictional landscape.

After a little thought I recognized it too! :)

Well done!

It's not your typical children's book, it's an excellent philosophic little
book that can be read by everyone I'd say.

If it's a children's book, then I'll still be a child in 50 years.
I've read it at least once a year since I learned to read some 18
years ago, and there's always been something new for me there. It
shows me how much I have (or have not :) ) grown up since the last
time I read it.

It's like "Hamlet" in a way. Virtually every aspect of human
relationships and feelings is there. It can appeal to everyone. I
remember reading it two years ago, just after I dumped. I got to the
part when he meets the fox and couldn't go on. When I did, I had
learned my lesson, and not without the little prince's help :)

If anyone here has not read it, I sincerely recommend taking an hour
off your free time and do so. It's worth it.
