I know that making an image by committee is a horrible way to do art.
Nevertheless, I do take good suggestions. :-)
Contrast fixed. I think the girl adds an amazing sense of distance and
size. And wind as well.
Enjoy and comment!

I love it. The girl (and the picture as a result) looks incredibly Anime
that way. And I love that. :-)
I just wish I could be as good as you with POV-Ray... I'm a regular
programmer, but a lousy POV user. :-)
Congrats, it's a winner.

Where is she?
If the fortress is the size I imagined, she would be very hard to see...
So I guess I was right.

She is approx. 3 units from the camera. the station is over 300. It's
huge. The lack of haze on the girl should give some of the distances away.

I didn't think you could top nine and ten, but this is the best yet by far.
The fortress looks big again and the blimps fit well into the dock. AMAZING.
I liked the striped flags better, but that's just my lousy opinion.

...the little things under the big thing on the left look a little
excessive...
the girl looks like she's out of the scene... put some "water" in front of
her.

Might I humbly suggest that you move the ship on the left a little bit further
away from the station. Compositionally, I find that it blends too much with
the station and makes it hard to discern which is which. A little bit of blue
sky between them would separate them nicely.

I liked the previous egg-shaped blimps better than the current elongated
ones. The eggs looked more... Alien, I guess.
