(Preferribly the "early" water texture.)

I also agree with the other people here, on their various thoughts. My
favourite version is "take 4".

They just keep getting better. I like the clouds and I see you've fixed the
flatness of the mist on the right. Since the windows and birds help to give
the station a sense of scale, and some seem to have problems with seeing the
scale of the ships, then perhaps some birds and windows on them would be
nice as well.
I also like the netting/cabling hanging from the ships. It captures my
favorite part of docks/bridges you had in an earlier take.
