I figured it all out on my own. Pretty obvious. The 5-tetrahedron and 5-hexahedron
compounds have vertices coinciding with the vertices of a dodecahedron, and the
5-octahedron compound has vertices coinciding with the edges of a dodecahedron...
the 5-hexahedron is the dual of the 5-octahedron, and the 5-tetra is a mirror of
its inverse (they can be merged to make 10-tetra compound).
