As in the Chemical Brothers song?

I tried iosurface, but blob works great because I can use loops with a
parametric equation and the edges are nicely rounded. The inside texture
isn't terrific. Render time 2:53:19 peak mem 27193349.

What'ya think?

Great stuff. Let's see someone try that with a real orange!

I think it would help if you gave the inside a coloured glass texture with
absorbing media.

Yeah, I was thinking media too. Will take forever to render if I do... =(

I'm playing my only "Chemical Brothers" CD right now,
(Exit Planet Dust), but unfortunately can't find any
"Orange Wedge" song on it :(

Which CD is it on ?

Why, the one and only Surrender, of course. ;)

I'll post the source when I get a finalized version. No telling when that may
be...
