Looks like a Pov-rayized version of those "Radiosity tower" renders I've seen

Looks nice, some thoughts:
- The area light seems too large for beeing the sun
- The water finish looks nice, but i would think about changing the
pattern somehow.
- Have you thought about photons for the near water part of the tower?
What radiosity settings do you use?
