I just couldn't resist the temptation to try and 
emulate some kind of sphere-sweep with iso-surfaces. 
So yesterday I sat down and did some math.

This is one of the resulting images.

It shows 3 iso-surfaces, and the equation you see 
the contours of here is a "sombrero" equation:

y = -10*sin(sqrt(x^2 + z^2))/(sqrt(x^2 + z^2) + 3)

Because of my slow PC (0 pixels per second), I had
to render it without any anti aliasing. And I saw 
this morning that I had used too much light in the 
scene. So to try and fix all this I cheated.   =(
(I.e.: I used an image editor to adjust the gamma,
blur it slightly and then to resize it with 
resampling.)
