Saw something similar to this on a wall in an office where I'm doing
some work and though it could be easily done in POV.

This is actually an animation, triggered off of your eyeballs. When your
eyes slowly move across any line, the animation uses AI to play footage
of black dots appearing at the intersections you're NOT looking at.....

I like those sort of optical illusions, and I remembered another one I 
like, hang on, I'll go and POV it.
