First pic is an isosurface dodecahedron (using MegaPOV plus).
Second pic is above dodecahedron with a onion pattern added to the formula.
Third is a Puckered Dodecahedron.

code for first and third can be found at Quadhall's Isosurface Object
Library.
Note, these images were not intended to be artistic,  just meant to show a
little bit
of the iso-object library.....

oooooops-->the first dodecahedron has a bozo pattern added to the formula,
so it is NOT in the isosurface library (although a plain dodecahedron is)
