Pretty...

I think I'm going to have to start playing more seriously with radiosity,
especially in conjunction with glows.

Bye for now,
     Jamie.

It gets more and more interesting every day !
I was wondering : would it be possible to implement other (simple)
shapes than sphere ? I'm thinking of the ability to use cylindrical
glows for neon lights, or boxed glows for box lights...

Fabien.

the macro takes as a parameter the percentage width of the next section.
I've been
using 97%, but higher would probably be better.

The texture is applies before rotation of the sections of the lightning.
Therefore
an onion (??) pattern can be applied. I plan to change the texture to a
material
so that media can be used.

not at the moment. I thought of doing that, but couldn't work out a way
to keep the random nature of the bolt while making it hit a specific
spot. If I come up with a usable idea, I'll implement it.

No light at the moment. I'll add that as an option.
