Hi all
Don't know where to start with this one. The blobby object is indeed blobs
but it is all media! It grew out of experiments with KW cloud code. The rest
is CSG, knicked from the net or UV mapped Poser figures. The clouds are
textured boxes, alla Jaime.

of media? is it simply really dense? and why did you choose media?

Nice sculptures :-)
The media technique gives it an interesting transparent and somewhat unreal
look. Something like dirty soap bubbles...
Only the ladder seems somewhat wrong. How about a rope ?

Definitely fanciful. The water is made to seem very shallow because of the ladder and
the blob
thing sitting nearly on top of the water. Intended or not?
Not sure I'd ever guess that were media or semi-transparent texturing on a surface.
Perhaps a
thinner media would make it more ethereal then, if that were the goal anyhow.

The Media effect was an accident, I just liked the texture so much I had to
do something with it. I like the idea of making it more etheral I'll have to
look into it.

Very nice, Mick! You have a good imagination! The water looks very
shallow, but where I live, you can walk out to sea for 2miles at low tide in
two foot high water.

NICE!! awesome texture, models everything -- It gave me a hell of a surprise
when I opened your post.. not to say that everyone else isn't doing nice
work ;-) keep it up guys!!!
May I just say that this reminds me very much of some of Gilles Trans' work
especially the one with the rhino's :-) -- you've added your own surreal
outdoorsy look though.
