I tend to avoid over-compression, though perhaps this piece was too big,
though it was saved using the best tool at my disposal: Photoshop.

Definitely shop around for a better converter.. those artefacts are terrible
for such a large file.. honestly you'd be surprised at how much better
something else could do it. :-)
