I revised the dome code so that vertical portions are made with bricks instead
of plates and the domes are hollow. Memory use is down from 487m to 171m!!! It
still parsed really slow, so I ported the code to C to generate a binary data
file POV can use to place the LEGOs. The C program runs in under a few seconds!
I still have to write the POV interpreter, but I think it should place them
fairly quick.
