This time the blob only contains 12 positive sphere
components (scaled).

(The "Just another blob" image contained 18.)

The background is now faded down as Christoph
Hormann suggested.

On another version oft his image I also tried to add
a normal that makes the yellow (that was green
before) seem like it sticks on top of the object's
surface (also suggested by Christoph Hormann).

But I didn't succeeded in doing so  :(

Is it not possible to use the granite keyword within
a normal {} statement ?
