The other day, I decided I needed a face for something I'm working on,
but none of the blob- or patch-modellers I could find for the Mac suited
my needs, so I drew one in Photoshop to use as a height field.

Drawing contours was easier than I thought it would be (for those
interested, I used the airbrush tool, set to Screen or Multiply with a
ridiculously low opacity, to "sculpt" a gray background).

It still needs a little tweaking (particularly, the chin is too flat)
but it came out much better than I expected, so I may as well show it
off. :)
