Here's two models I've been working with. They're (almost) exact copies of
real time objects. The right one needs some more work though.
I'm planning to make a "cdrack.inc" with a bunch of different cd racks,
which I'll place on my homepage.
What I really need now are help on texturing (finishes), the metal texture
on the first one are too "shiny", the racks inside the second one are
supposed to be black plastic, but I didn't succeed in making it, so I
temporary made them gray to see them better. The wood textures are terrible
too.
Heh.. it's kinda funny, I've been modelling lots and lots of objects, but
haven't made a complete scene in a year.

looks good, the left one seems very fragile but if it's working in
real world ...

Metal is always difficult when there is no surrounding because of the
reflections, the plastic should not be that difficult with specular hightlights
and the right roughness. For wood i can suggest the color maps coming with
povray.

It's working... I've got 5 of them at home....

The metallic parts seems a bit thin, but it looks exactly like the ones
I've got. Great modelling job.
