I think I went a little overboard on the focal blur. Actually it might look
better if I keep this same aperture but turn the quality, samples, down a bit
this would give me a more grainy blur that I think might look better.

Gee... how very, *very* convincing! The purple sofa or whatever is

I agree the purple is a little on the bright side, but in the Macdonalds
near me they are made of a garish purple plastic, yuch!

  Try setting variance to 0. No graininess. Slow, but no graininess.
