Even though the torus-craze has been gone for a few days now, I'm still
going to post these ones. I still haven't mastered isosurfaces, so I
created these using blobs or sphere sweeps. Don't eat the green one, I
think it's poisonous. The glowing one looks 2D, but oh well.

Enjoy,
Richard.

I don't know, that last one is a close second.

If you used the same shape but a different texture the green one
could be bread.

I liked them all.

I like the texture on that last one; it reminds me of a wildly-glazed
(if structurally absurd) pinch-pot I made many years ago.

I really like the green texture. For some reason the last one reminds me of
an anim I did: 2/26/2000 entitled "my first mpeg attempt" filename
"blobulous.m1v". Attached a frame.

Thanks. It's a simple crackle texture. When I first used it, it reminded
me of the skin of a reptile. That's until I blobbed it.

texture {
  pigment { crackle color_map { [0 color DarkGreen ][1 color Green] } }
  finish { phong .9 }
}
normal { function { pigment { crackle } } }

I attached a close up of it.
