I hit a major roadblock working on some Ice Planet stuff, but it's out
of the way now. :)
Okay, the treads on the top half are high-res meshes made from 11
different parametric equations, the bottom treads are CSG as is the rest
of the wheel, everything'g hand-coded, a real b*tch to make...
It takes a while to parse, 6 seconds, and renders slow, 51 seconds (+AA
0.2), but the parser only needs to define it once and it is bounded so
it shouldn't impact a full scene too much. Oh, and it only takes 1.7
megs in memory.

If one takes that much memory they how much would a whole tractor take.
As Tony said it looks quite complicated.
