Oh, the spheres are not part of the isosurface, just regular ones thrown in
extra.....

The reddish area's color is the actual pigment of the surface (of a
box).....I used two different colored lights, (one blue and one white), and
so, with shadow effects, different colors result in the different areas
(blue light shining, but white light blocked, both lights shining, etc)
