This is an abstract image I've been working on the last couple of days.
Please comment! :-)
And thanks to TonyB, who rendered this image for me on his computer.
Greetings,
Rune

Thats a nice image! Primarily there is a good atmosphere that the red light
produces, though personally I'm not fan of the hexagonal (or similar)
texture - maybe there are wires that look like the but I've never seen them.
POssibly add a bit of a 'muck' the wires or snapped wires and it would be
'top class'. I'd be interested in comments on how it was created - I'm
assuming you used or created a macro for this.

Nice, I bet it looks a lot better uncompressed too.

Yes, that looks good ....
I think it should be named "repairing the neuronal network", cause it looks
very organic. Soething like nerves or so ...
What is this modelled with? Pure pov-ray-hacking?

I like this wire mess. Good light setting.
How did you make that blue/brown texture ?
The first time I saw this image I didn't notice
the hanging astronaut(?) => Nice detail.
Where you inspired by the Brazil movie ?

Really? Hmm.
I think the title "Repairing the Network" allows different people to
interpret the image in different ways, which I like. Your comment is an
example of that...

Yep, as always! :-)

It's a solid crackle patter (MegaPOV) with a crackle normal with a
slope_map, and some small dents added to the normal too.

Thanks!
Alien, astronaut, creature, I don't know. I allow for different
interpretations.

No. Which Brazil movie?
