I remember a game I used to play that used raytraced images...
I dont remember which program it was, though...

The game was called Star Dust, and it's possible to find it on altavista.com
not sure...

Then there's always a certain Duke Nukem 3D level editing handbook where the
author used POV-Ray to render a nice looking vase for the game.  It looked
really nice, too :-)
