If my memory is correct, focal blur does it's own anti-aliasing, 
ignoring the usual kind. Or was it post_process focal_blur? Or do you 
mean something else by "aa"?

I am planning to spend several hours today at a flower boutique to
make a birthday bouquet for my loved one's birthday. I regret not
having the time to model and render one to show the girl who's about
to arrange the flower basket. She'll have to go with my explanations
and fiddling around :)
