What can it do exactly... i.e. settings, limitations, advantages...?
Looks nice... =)
More of what i would expect from a motion blur... How does it do with
animation...?

Yes, a more typical scene might be a better example than this one is anyway.
Looks just like the 'motion_blur' as it already exists.  I'm intrigued by the
prospect of a camera motion blur.
