My cylinder heightfield macro has been uploaded to
povray.text.scene-files. The macro creates a heightfield out of
cylinders from a user-defined pigment. Vertice colors are interpolated
from one to the next. Who knows how useful it is, but it was fun making
it :)

Any questions or comments?

Uh, scientific data graphing maybe? Just kidding. Would go nice in someone's
sci-fi renders though.
Also a great wire mesh screen material.

Is it:
1) Computer model of some terrain
2) Time-elapse spectrograph (or whatever it's called--like SETI data)
