Hi all,

I have been playing with this for a while now, but had not bothered posting
as my old amd k6 350 couldnt seem to render it in under 24 hours, it also
gunned my swapfile and would crash my pc after about 2 hours of rendering...

however i have a shiney new p3-650 and 230ish mb ram, and it rendered in 45
mins flat, so here it is :)

the bright bit at the botton is water, but the ambient is to high, hence its
very very bright - damn radioasity!

Rick

The picture is good, and I am sure that you will overcome that
bit of brightness at the bottom.

But I am jealous of your machine.

This is a real good start. The trees look great.

The centermost tree looks like it was pruned into a rectangle at the top...
is that intentional? That could be a very neat effect in a tree or bush
macro.

Nice, but you probably should move your light-source. Now the leaf
shadows are ruining picture (they appear too square).
