Camera and look_at both equal in any of the axis? Try
location < 0.001, 0.001, Distance>
look_at  < 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 >

Can't explain it either but adding "rotate x*0.00001" at the end of the
file removes the problem.
Must be precision-related.
