This is the same shape as in my "Another Quiz"
posting. This time there are 4 of them (as in
the code for the solution), and now they are
made of glass.
Please comment.

For a completely transparent object it really stands out against the
background, giving it a nice realism.

I agree about it standing out. Good composition. (And it's a symmetrical
object on an asymmetrical background, kind of a strange effect if you think
about it long enough.)
I bet the render time was loooooong...

Quite a beautiful spectacle... A purple color to the glass/crystal with blue
or reddish streaks would look nice standing alone in a beam of light...

Nice Image, esp. good model
Maybe you should try lighting from one side and a slight color for the
glass, even though it would destroy the symmetry.
And How about turning it upside down :-)

Very nice... (well, okay, sooo nice that I saved it on my hard disk :)).
I find it a bit butterfly-like.
Perhaps needs some colors, for a flower? Can we have a sample with more
colors?
Well, after all, maybe that's just me, so don't bother about that :))

Nice one.
What is your max_trace_level, and how long did it take to render ?
I see dark areas in the petals. Is it POV which stopped shooting rays or is it
your black background which is refracted ?

Very nice model, but I don't like the background colors much.
Also, real glass tends to exhibit variable reflection; in my own
experiments I've found that type 0 with a falloff power of 2 or so
provides a fairly realistic look (though it may not be mathematically accurate).
The highlights seem a little large in places.
