Hey--it just hit me.   One of the evil characters from that movie--was it
the guardian of the MCP--also played an evil Minbari leader on Babylon 5.
The irony is that Bruce B also was in both works!

  David Warner, as Sark. A wonderful actor that often surpasses the
material he works from. You probably saw him also in Jim Cameron's
"Titanic" (1997) playing the henchman Mr. Lovejoy to Billy Zane, and in
Terry Gilliam and Michael Palin's "Time Bandits" playing Evil Genius.
He's also done voiceovers for cartoons and video games (Descent 3).
