Well it's hard to comment as it's still in the "CAD"-phase, but the
measurements look pretty good.

I got the specs off the NBA web site. Now I'm working on a scoreboard and
textures. I may use blobman to put players on the court, but I don't think
my 'puter could handle the load of putting an audience in.

What it really needs is a ceiling of rafters, beams and the like. Looks fine so
far.
