Nice work, it reminds me a bit of the cover of
Bat out of hell. Some real good modelling.

The first time I posted it was a massive file,
I think it's a common thing for people to want
to participate and post something before ever
reading the details in the announcements NG.

Please don't make the mistake of reposting a
smaller version of exactly the same thing, only
post another smaller version when you've made
some considerable progress with the image.

I think you're exaggerating just a bit :)) On my computer, it was quite
awful, each area looked as if I had set the zoom at *5 :)) But, true, I
think it should be compressed. Perhaps not as much as 7kb, but
definitely less than 1M :)

I think Darrel has been beat up enough on this subject and we should
just let it go.

Sorry, Ken :) This time, I was not trying to beat up Darrel, but Mark :)

I wasn't singling you out. My comment was directed at everyone in general.

The only thing that really bothers me is the 4 - stroke exhaust pipes
comming out the side of a jet engine. Does not compute....

That is the fun. In 3D-modelling it is not neccessary to modell working
things. Such a model of an "old-styled" hoverbike with pipes is something
for the old-fashioned harley-driver in the future ... (?)

like i said i'm sorry about the filesize.. i honestly just forgot to
check it.. i'm on a fast internet connection so i really didnt notice..
it wont happen again.

i'm trying to reduce the rust a little.. i think i've got a little too
much.. but its easier said than done.. i'll post a new version in a few
days<a small one i promise>.. any other suggestions?

there was one comment about the pipes.. i kinda liked them.. but thats
just me. i'm also thinking of adding "saddle bags" on the back.. any
suggestions would be appriciated..

darrell
