I really like it, it has a nice tone and balance.

My only criticism would be the tree. It's a great idea but I just
think the tree is too round(I know it sounds stupid). Everything
surrounding it is roundish already, I think it would look nicer 
if it were a more natural looking tree. IMHO.

I do like it though, it's strange and beautiful at the same time.
