Japanese Povray artist Tsutomu Higo gave me the permission to show his
work here when he uploads new images on his website.
He has been working recently with mesh generation routines using polar
coordinates. Here is an example below (source code at Tsutomu's site).

I really admire these artists they manage to create such spiritual and
expressive forms with mathematics. Something I wish I had the maths to do.

Just makes me all the more angry that there are freshmen in my math class and
I was farther than any of them before I got to middles school. But that's
