Static sparks. The spark is a blob with emitting media and scattered
light_sources inside of it, but how the blob was made is top secret! (my
own method)
BTW, because of a bug in MicroGrafx Picture Publisher, I can't expore to
jpeg under the pov directory, it makes it Pov-Ray for Windows v3.jpg.

Darn! Although it's not just midpoint, you can set it to divide into as many
segments as you want and also specify maximum variance in relation to length.
