Here's a alien fighter I just finished. This thing looks like a mix
between a turtle and the Rosetta Stone. This pic uses radiosity
(rendered surprisingly fast with only 30:54 spent tracing) and looks
pretty good. The texture on the fighter is not reflective, it just
appears to be. Can anyone guess what three animals I modeled this after
(besides a turtle)?
Comments??

Now *that* is what I call an alien fighter. Just Awesome.

I know what you mean about the Rosetta Stone but it reminds
me of cave paintings.

Let's see, lobster, what ever that Klingon thing I had for breakfast was,
and ... ya got me.

Impressive modeling! Any clues on how you made this?

I think I can see an owl's head (scale <1,.3,1>), or is it a cat? Looks
like it's got nostrils in the image map there.

This is most definitely the most intricate looking one you've made
(image_map wise). I'll guess a turtle, a crab and a moose. BTW, can it fly?
It looks very aquatic to me.

Let's see, a horseshoe crab (or trilobite?), a moose and a... hamster?
Looks more Mayan than Egyptian. Cool in any case...
