no secret ;) -- a camera inside a reflective torus -- camera on one side of
the torus, lights on the other (all on the inside), and a really wide angle
lens.

Immediately I thought of a name for this image. "Lost Lake." The name Lost
Lake is something from my childhood. There is a place in wisconsin named
Lost Lake, and well nearby is Found Lake. This image looks like a strange
lake to me, and since you lost he settings, well "Lost Lake" seemed
appropriate.
at any point you may all choose to ignore me :)

me too... but I didn't save the settings, and I haven't been able to
duplicate them.
otoh, I did find this while playing about (yes, there *is* a sphere in this
one)... and I did manage to save the settings.
