I think a dream with one of them in it would scare me.

Have you ever dreamed that you're checking the newsgroups? (I've had it...
freaky to say the least, when you wake up and none of the messages have been
read...)
I have a friend that tried to do lucid dreaming once. He acheived it. He was
in his house going where he wanted. Then (believe it or not) he tried to
connect to the Internet: upon connecting, he woke up. He never tried lucid
dreaming again.
BTW, most of my dreams I can remember, but none of them make enough sense to
tell about or render anything meaningful. (For example, have you ever dreamt
that you're trying to run away from school and all of the teachers and even
the principal are trying to stop you; you manage to dodge them, but then you
can't open the gates? Now that is a nightmare!)

The running dreams that I have deal with escaping from someone or
something by running and hiding in the deepest part of the cellar.
And there is always a door or hole od trapdoor that takes me deeper.
And after it is safe to come out, I can't remember the way out and
wander or climb endlessly.
